Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I have lived at Bentley Ridge for a few years. What has kept me here is the floorplan and the silence! I am on the top floor, and have had several neighbors below me -- yet never heard a peep out of any of them. From the comments about the noise, I wonder if that was an issue with Phase I as I am in Phase II'
The grounds are kept immaculate and maintenance has consistently exceeded my expectations!
The only complaint I have is about the lower-end appointment choices (flooring, lighting, miniblinds).
