Great Location, Great Layout, not in a great condition

I am in a 3 bedroom townhome. The layout is amazing, the condition not so great. The carpet is very thin, the padding sucks and the walls mark at a touch. I asked the office about the carpet and they said well thats apartment living. ANother thing the people in the office are not so nice. I used to work in a apartment complex in another state and we were so nice to the residents. If you go in the office here be ready to think you are a burden on the people that work here. Anyway lease at your own risk

Intresting on this. Did they ask to speak to the manager. I have had alot of good experiances with the offcie people. Try to get to someone else and let them know who treated you unfair.
