Toted as lux. Not so. Nice, yes.
Great parking, Awesome snow removal. Neighbors aren't so friendly. Not mean, just not very social. Office convenient during week days. Can hear bass through walls easy enough. The fridge, W/D, and stove are all of average quality, same with the gabage disposal. The rugs are durable but a pain when trying to slide heavy furniture, even with the sliders. The windows, OH, so drafty! We put packing tape around the seems of all the windows. The west side windows ( kids rooms ) were the worst. Still use a space heater in the infants room. Overall not worth the $$$$ being spent here. Nice for those without kids perhaps. Even so, I don't think I would live here if I were without children.
