My family and I have lived at Bentley Ridge for almost 2 years. About two months ago we purchased a new home and started the move out process. After we gave notice the AC went out. We understand things like that happen in a rental community but we were treated very very poorly in the office. At the time we had a 7 month old and the office did not car one bit. They guys that came out to fix the problem were great! Now today we are moving out! Thank God! We go to the office and guess what more problems. The office staff again very very rude. They gave us a free coupon to use whenever we wanted to have the carpets cleaned. Well we held onto it for the move out. They did not want to honor that coupon at all. The manager that was on duty was very rude to my wife when she tried to turn it in. Every time we go to the office we leave there mad. The workers need better communication skills. I used to work for 2 very luxurious apartment homes in the south. If I would have treated anyone the way we were treated here I would have been fired on the spot. All I am saying is the homes and the grounds look great just be prepared to be treated like crap after you move in. What you see on the outside is not what you get on the inside!!

Oh and rent goes up every year!

Cars do get broken into. The apartment office sends notices out about that but they will not tell you this when you move in!

I would not recommend this to anyone just because the way you will be treated in the office.

I felt the same way! I thing High should look for new managers.

I lived there from 2004-2006, and right before we moved out, they added one or two new people to the rental office and it seemed all of the service changed when you would go in there in person. The one lady is extremely rude and I remember feeling bad for the nice one that was still left - most of the time that I lived there, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but seems as though it's changed since I left :( Bummer too, because it is a great place to live.
