Bentley Ridge

I lived here for two years. My neighbors were fairly quiet so I rarely heard them. The apartment was spacious and resonable relative to NY where I came from. The applicances where servicable. The maintenence staff was very quick and reliable. My washer wasn't working great the first year. I called them and within a week they replaced the washer. Although the replacement washer wasn't new it worked well. The office staff was really nice the first year I was there. The current staff seems a lot less friendly to me. I really like the walking/running path and pool. The place always looked great and its close to tons of stuff.

My only real complaint is that the move out procedure here is very odd. It seems like they are trying to nickle and dime you on everything. I feel like I paid a lot in rent to this place and it almost felt like they were gouging me at the end so that they didn't have to pay back the deposit.
