Bentley Ridge

We moved here because it is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Lancaster. We still think it is lovely and the amenities are very nice. But the office staff is patronizing and look down their noses at you all the time. I really do not know who they think they are. They are only employees of the management company. There used to be be very kind friendly people working here when we first looked at the apartments a few years ago but sadly they are gone now and have been replaced with the people I have mentioned.
Also the appliances ARE old and could do with replacing.
I must say the maintenance team is very nice and they do a good job on any repairs in a prompt polite manner.
Still it is very pretty here and we like it as long as we don't have to deal with the office staff.

I edited my review since the awful pet policy message was sent around to everyone by the unpleasant office staff.

Until the office staff problem is fixed I do not want to recommend moving here. It's pretty but something has to be done about the way the office people behave.
