They raise the rent frequently, deffinitly over priced. You have to give 2 months notice before moving out and thats just rediculous!!! They are not dog friendly, they always put flyers on our doors in reference to the complaints they are having with pet owners (if you don't like dogs don't freaking live here). It always seems like they are complaining about one thing or another, always going into your apartment to inspect to make sure you don't have animals that shouldn't be there (without notice), parking is horrible, its noisy, and I can't wait to move out of here!!! The front office never answer the phone either and its pointless to leave a message because they don't call back. They need to drop rent and be more people friendly if they want to keep tenants.
