Very poorly managed complex!

Bentley Ridge could be one of the premier rental communities in the Lancaster area but it is so poorly managed it is actually an extremely unpleasant place to live! I don't feel that I have to go into detail after reading other recent reviews. I can verify that the past couple of reviews are pretty accurate and that there are plenty of other communities in Lancaster that would appreciate your business much more than Bentley Ridge would!

It is the current management that is the problem. I do like the actual complex. It's very pretty and has some nice amenities. But the office staff is wretched and rude. We moved here because of how pretty it is and they do maintain how nice it looks quite well. And i can't complain about the maintenance men. They seem fine. But again. The office staff is nasty and in their own little world and do not want to be bothered with we tenants. New staffing might just make all the difference.
