As most of the reveiws have stated this neighborhood is very beautiful but is extremely over priced. Rent goes up $20 every year. Right now I am paying $800 for a one bedroom apartment. This is just ridiculous. They have done nothing to make this $20 increase necessary. The staff is incredibly rude. They have rules that dont even make sense. I didnt know it was against the "rules" to change a tire at 3 in the afternoon in the parking lot. But obviously it is. They are constantly sending nasty letters to the tenants. A few times last year i noticed someone had been in our apartment while we werent home. When I reported this to the office they basically called me a liar and told me no one would have been in the apartment. Im not sure how that can be since my boyfriend and i were both at work and we are the only ones with keys. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It looks like a beautiful place to live, but looks can be deceiving.

To the comment about people being in your apartment....I lived in Bentley Ridge just about 1 year ago. A couple months ago found out that my sisters boyfriend moved into my exact same apartment. We had been hanging out at his apartment in Bentley Ridge and there was an old key on my key chain that I forgot to return when moving out. It turned out to be my old apartment key and yes, it opened the door to his apartment. So....If you think you feel safe at Bentley Ridge think again!!

Just curious if you are the person who was changing tires (all 4) on a car on the grass this afternoon because if so, I could see why they wouldn't be very happy about that. If that wasn't you then sorry, but it did look ridiculous whoever it was :) I don't know where anyone else has ever lived, but my rent has always gone up every year. Also, they did just install free WIFI with password at the clubhouse and pool area, just contact the office for it. I thought that was pretty cool!! I have not had any problems and I try my best to deal as little with the office staff as much as possible to not upset the apple cart. They have a lot of tenants and I am sure there are a lot of loose cannons, which I am sure makes it hard to treat everyone the same. I find the maintenance staff above excellent!! I have lived other places and looked for us to move closer to my husband's work close to Philly and the landlords don't want to do anything for you as far as fixing or replacing appliances. I don't care if they are used or a little older as long as they work or will be fixed right away, I don't care. I have seen worse and know it's worse out there, so I don't complain!! As far as the key thing. That is a bit disconcerting!! I wondered about that already.
