The rent keeps going up every year. My friend (neighbour) just moved out and he was charged with so many fines and clauses. it was ridiculous. i had been to their place and it did not look bad at all. The staff does not listen to you. You can complain as much as you want to, but they will not care. Don't move here if you want peace of mind. They are against pets. The appliances are old. They have different rules for different renters.
