Noisey neighbors

Got an extremely loud BASSey neighbors below me. i mean i feel bad cuz i have a 2 yr old that runs around but i cant help that but they can help the music... i mean geez...we live in apartments. shouldnt have real loud bass in the 1st place... its not like a house... as for the apartment... its nice and beautifull... but no one likes a noisey neighbor... keep that in mind. Cheers!
