This is a good deal if you just don't have much money. It seems expensive at first, but rent includes gas heat, hot water, use of pool in summer, dishwasher, in unit w/d, etc. All you have to pay for is electric and everything except what you plug in there is gas(included in rent. Tv is also included because you can't get cable hooked up there. Now, the tv is able 30 channels that the manager of the place decides are ok for everyone to watch. The pool is open memorial day to labor day and would be great.... if it was ever open!!!!! They have like, one lifeguard and the pool runs around her schedule and if she is available to open it or not. This is not reliable. Also not reliable is the maintenance. Numerous requests have to be made before anyone shows up, and then the only way you know they were there is by the mess they made. Rarely is anything actually fixed. I've had a maintenance man actually tell me that a few things that went wrong shortly after we moved in were things that he had told the manager before we moved in needed replaced and she refused to replace them. So basically, instead of fixing the problem, they band-aid it to make the place look great. You start to realize about a month or so later it isn't so great. They advertise they do lawn care and plant flowers in flower beds... this is only true for the 4 buildings in the front until you get to the leasing office. The rest of us past the leasing office live without flowers and with weeding and lawn care being done minimal. Again, make it look nice until you sign the lease. Overall, it is liveable, however a bit disenchanting when you realize it isn't as great a place as it seemed when it was being sold to you. Oh yeah, and bugs and spiders ALL OVER THE HOUSE! Manager's response, "Well you're in the country." Not good enough when I have an infant crawling around. Refused to exterminate.

I was looking at this as a possibility to rent. I certainly won't now. Thanks for the information. I also thought there would be a response from management. It seems as if they don't care.
