My family has lived in Cedar Acres for over 30 years. I grew up here and lived here until after college. I can say that the development is very nice. While the maintenance isn't always the fastest, or best, but we rarely have a problem. fuss a little, and it gets fixed. Cable has recently been upgraded to Direct TV and is included in your rent...very nice! Rent does seem high at first, but when you consider everything that is included, it's well worth it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It's a great place for families. Very safe. Yes, many of the residents are elderly, but that makes for a safer and cleaner environment. Some may complain, but any apartment dweller knows well that you have to be mindful of your neighbors.
