I wish now I would have thought twice before leasing here. Not suppose to feed the squirrels or the birds. Well the older people do. They kind of do what ever they want. No rulles enforced. My dog has gotten into things here more than any where. People throw food out for the birds and nuts for the squirrels. Well then my dog gets into it and gets sick.

I have a horrible white dust in my apartment. They cleaned my heater twice and did not rectify the problem. I spoke with my neighbor and she has the same thing. The ducts and chimney have never been cleaned out. The owner is an older gentleman and doesn't want to fix anything. I have been sick with allergies and bronchitus with asthma since I moved it a month ago.

If you want to break your lease you have to put it in writing to the owner and wait a couple of weeks for a response. That is ridiculous. There is no early termination clause in the lease.

because you are new and apartments needed to be filled of course they were a pleasure... live here for a while and really get to know management you may have a different story and also take notice how many time police are in the complex/// over 15 this month! not like it used to be when the old managemnt was there!

There are no sidewalks or street lights. They have street lights up front but not in the back. It is very dangerous walking. I've almost gotten hit a few times.
