I have my parents in here. And we are moving them a.s.a.p. The place is horrible. Police all the time. Noisy neoghbors, maintance takes forever. The owner cannot be reached and his staff Sylvia and Kay are liars.

I am scheduled to move in next week. How long have your parents been there? Are they in Phase I or II? I am moving in the back to Phase II. Why are the police there all the time for the noise complaints or are there more serious offenses? I appreciate any information you can provide me with. Thanks,

good luck.. is it a townhouse? back is where the most riff raff is...police are here for various reasons, domestics, warrants,harrassments, fraud, suspicion, vehicle theft...management sugar coats alot. complex has gone downhill for the past 2 years....alot of rif raf... best advice is to stick to yourself
