cedar acres at one point used to be a wonderful place to reside in. Everything was kept up with, maintaince was better and things had gotten done right. Ursula the old manager was tough but she knew what she was doing and there was not any rif raff... since there has been new management, the complex is on a decline.... I have been here for quite a few years, and have never seen police here as much as this past month for whatever reasons. newer residents seem to be very rude and loud. And complaints have not been taken seriously and you can not speak to anyone else except managemnt and you don't get anywhere....there has been alot of incidences too long to list...and mangement seems to have favorites... for instance the pet lease is small dogs.. i guess if your liked then you could have a 80 to 90 labordor reteiver.. that i have seen .. so favoritism plays a part i guess.. just beware staff is nice nicey but everything plays out later on
