	I have lived in the Charleston Townhomes for a year, and after moving out I am getting ready to move back in. They are very well kept, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the area is beautiful.

	Very quiet area to live, not many kids. Neighbors aren´t overly friendly, everyone keeps to themselves. Maintenance guys are always there when they´re called.
