This is a nice community, maintainance has always been good, my issue living here has always been the noise from neighboring townhouses. I suppose since they rent to a local theater company whose money means more than happy residences, the "average" tenants are ignored. Most of my neighbors are respectful and quiet. I just get tired of calling the local police to deal with an issue that the complex owners should handle.
