I am stilling waiting to get a problem fix in my kitchen and they are taking care of the outside. I have plan of moving out of here soon. Here you are paying all the bills. Heating(gas for heat and hot water), electric, water, sewer,rent which is high, plus your own personal stuff like phone,cable. and they are thinking about making us pay for garbage too. Won't waste your time and energy here.
