Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
My daughter and I lived there for 2 years. She walked across the street to Wheatland School. We loved the proximity to Franklin & Marshall, downtown, the park, the outlets,etc.
During the period we lived there, the huge first floor windows were NOT energy efficient and the apartment was a bit on the cool side in the winter. Other than that, it was an idyllic location.
