This buildings history and quality of living are the best in the county. People do get sometimes upset by the current monthly condo charge. Yes they are high for the county, but not on a national level. get over it lancaster is no longer kansas anymore as philadelphia overflow has come to work and live in beautiful lancaster county. This building is a delight to live in. The facility overall is hands down the best in the county. there is no other condo like it on earth. please come in and check it out for yourself. Monthly Condo Fee is well worth the money.
