Hi, I was the person that you made wait at the door for over ten minutes while you finished telling the other staff about your date with your boyfriend and filing your nails. You never acknowledged me, and then you were annoyed and permitted me to have a seat and yet WAIT even more - if that is how you treat me as a new customer then I will never move in there - I bet it's much worse after you move in - if you didn't care about me before - I bet it's just as bad after you get my money!
