Aside from my roommate I have had a wonderful experience at Colebrook. The apartment is spacious for its price and neighbors are friendly by not annoying. They consistently take care of the grounds and any problems. Once this person was emptying thier ash tray out from their car every day onto the sidewalk. Before I could complain, they set little notices out infront of the doors telling that person to stop and respect their neighbors! It was nice but it got the point across.
