Colebrook Apartments would be and could be so much nicer if Kathy (the property Manager) would just retire. She obviously hates her job and goes above and beyond to make the tenants lives miserable. I haven't met one tenant yet that has had something positive to say about her. I've lived here for many years and the only reason I stay if for the location and space. I recommend that you find another place to live until Kathy leaves. Believe me it's not worth the headache.
