Colebrook appears to be all warm and cozy from the outside, but once you've signed your lease......you are just another ant in the colony. Anyone who has anything nice to say about Kathy is either on her pay role or her/herself writing the reviews. God forbid you have a problem with your apartment. If you call and get her; she's actually angry at you for calling and reporting it. And the poor maintinece men. I believe they would like to do a better job; but due to Kathy's orders they are forced to do a half ass job. Just patching things instead of actually fixing the problem. It's sad really. This could be a real homey community, but Kathy prevents that for all of us. Oh and to the person who said,"that anyone who has really bad things to say about her probably did something they shouldn't have." How do you live incorrectly' These apartments are not cheap. So it should not be a lot to ask for everything to work properly(not partially) and for your apartments appearance to be pristine(not run down). New management would mean new life for this community. We're just counting the days!
