I went to office the Office manager name Dena or Diana was so Unprofessional very loud first I thought she was speaking to me and she was on her bluetooth, I asked for application she gave me it. But when I asked for information on property she said she didnt have the time just fill out and drop off "is what she said". There was a tenant in office who turned over to me and said Good Luck this is how this is run here, she was telling this tenant personal information in front of me about their income and not only did this top it but her child was in office with her as she told this tenant "Can't leave her alone at home she is a hot mess".
How lucky are some people to do as they please and treat others in this matter and break every insurance liablity by having a daycare at work.
GOOD LUCK in renting here looked like hood material... Place was not that bad looking I did not get to see appartments but Office manager spoke for itself.

This is the best place to live i love my apartment, and my son enjoy all days to live here, Im here for two years and they gave me apartment very quick. I don't know why the people have those thoughts about here. Maybe she is a little rude but i think she do her job. What you do in here place, if don't have anybody to take care of your child, maybe you do the same. somes jobs bring you flexible style. When i fill my aplication their treat me very good. I apreciate all of they did for me. When the people fill the apliation i think, somes reason to refuse an aplication are , bad credit, criminal record, ect..any way I recomended Garden Court to live.
