i have lived in garden ct apts for ten years and i am so glad to be away from all the roaches and mice!!! it was very small and there was always something that needed to get fixed!!! the only thing nice i have to say about it is that the maintance guys were cool. but i was able to hear the people livng around u and even the noises outside. i will never in my life recomend anyone renting there!!!
