Staff is very professional and courteous. Many professionals live in these apartments. Parking is excellent. Snow removal is outstanding and lawn maintenance is very good. The apartments are very spacious and the set up is unique. No problems. Pet friendly, neighbors are friendly. Quiet and peaceful. Closer to outlets, K-mart and major highways, state police and RedLobster, McDonalds etc. Howerver its sorroundings have alot of green and nature. Close to Fiory Park.
I am not staff, but have lived here for three years and years to come. Rent is reasonable for space and quality of life you get.
