Excellent Management! Excellent Maintenance! All Staff is very professional,friendly and courteous! All Staff responds to all service request in a timely manner!
Quiet and very clean Community! In winter season,snow removal is taken care of promptly! Apartments are spacious plus the heating and cooling system are in excellent condition! Its a safe environment for seniors,adults and children and a great place to live in this Community! Rent is very reasonable for our location of accessibilities to the various malls and outlets. I have lived here for 3 years now and I am an extremely satisfied Renter! Its a pleasure to reside @ Greenland Village Apartments!

I have lived here for a while now and the noises from the apartment above me are so loud at times I can't even hear the TV, nor 'hear' myself think. Also, I can hear the TV nextdoor to me, the walls are thin. When my lease is up I'll be moving out.
