This apartment community is called Hershey Heritage Village. I lived there for several years. The first year (2003) all was quite and peaceful. The second - third years were not so good. My apartment was broken into by another resident and two chain smokers moved in below me. I called the management several times complaining that the apartment reaked of cigarrette smoke. To the managements credit they offered me another apartement (not as nice). Maintanance was quick and staff courteous. If not for the cigarette smoke and strange neighbors in certain parts of the apartment community, I wouldn't have any complaints.
