I have lived here for just one year now. The rooms are good sized the and the aparments are spacious. They are a little on the expencive side but its like the old saying you get what you pay for. The staff is very nice. They fix things VERY quickly. There is tons of parking (parking lots and street side) If you have kids its a very safe area there is a pool and a park.The outside is well mantained in both the summer and the winter. Also on a side note if you like to jog this is seemingly the place for you. there are joggers running here all times of the day in any weather so if your looking for a jogging partner you will be sure to find one. I would recomend living here if you are looking for apartments in the 700 to 1500 dollar range. That being said the down sides are: They can be expencive to heat. and with the two bedroom w/ den the master bedroom doesn't heat up in the winter or cool down in the summer as fast as the rest of the apartment (so if its roasting in the livingroom you will still be cold in the master bed room. space heaters and fans are an easy fix for that. ). If your a night person and like to sleep in the day time. This may not be the place for you. quiet time is from 11pm -8am so no dishwasher , washers/drier, vaccume or anything loud betweent those times. and the matance men normaly come early in the afternoons. Not big downsides but something to think about.
