In the time that I have lived there...
my license plate was stolen from my car,
same car a week or so later (christmas) someone tried taking my drivers side door handle off to break into it. Security' There were like 3 people taking turns for security at that time but you never see them unless they got a call.
My second car, tranny blew and was put up at the ground shed, OUTSIDE the locked gates and someone tried to put a cinder block through the back glass to break into it. Scratched the back glass and scratched up the trunk too. Then was told to move the car BEHIND/INTO the LOCKED gates to keep it safe, and yet one of their lovely crew members rammed it with a bobcat and no one ever told me or fesses up to doing it...How do I know it was a bobcat' Easily, you can see the white and orangish paint colors on my Black car. Best yet they covered it up by pushing a refridgerator up again the dent of my car!! Oh you better believe I got pictures for this one.
And who's paying for my car'

There is maintence man that drives a dump truck that flies around EVERYWHERE. A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES he almost took out my car. Who gives manics vehicles' This place obviously.

Second, they are now just renting to anyone in the world, so if you have the deposit and first month rent you can move in, who cares if you have the money after that. You can still live there till your about 6 or more grand in back rent.

When I lived there in 2001, they grounds were beautiful, they had a excellent lawn and garden crew. They were there almost everyday mowing, trimming and planting flowers. Vibrant flowers...when I moved back it looked like a dead movie...horrible grass, very few if any pretty/attractive flowers.

I've hear people to this day still complaining of problems with their places yet they seem to never get fixed. BUT Hershey Heritage wants to keep raising your rent at the beginning of EVERY year...and for what'' Money for the greedy office pockets.

What are these people going to do now that their truth is beginnning to be open to the public' U can run but you can't hide. Good luck if you want one of these places!

I love living here.After living on a busy city street for years its quiet and I feel very safe out here. I never had any problems with anyone messing with my car. Every time I go outside I see a security person riding around. The front of my place is always taken care of. I planted a garden in the summer and when I didnt weed it the lawn care people did. So...... there is good security here and the grounds look good and I never almost got hit or ran over by a maniac driver.

the person or persons that said something negative about the complex that they live in should stop and look at them selfs and not put down others. We the people of hhv love the people that work here now and the lawn crew does what we ask them to do. I for myself ask them a few times to pull weeds and trim my bushes and they said they would get to it that day if not the very frist thing the next day. The guys on the maint.crew are good guys to and the office staff are good people to and they help us the people of hhv out when we need it they gave us hoilday partys when they can and the security is out and about when they are to be out and they come to your apartment when you call them
