Worth the rent

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 years ago for our 2 Millersville students/children when they got closed out of housing on campus. Manor House was one of the few who would rent to college students (even though one of our children was a 25 year old veteran who was returning to college full time!) The bedrooms are large and bright, good closets in the bedrooms and great storage in the rest of the apartment, a coat closet, a walk in storage closet and a nice linen closet. There is a large balcony but only electric grills are allowed. One big selling feature was the full size washer and dryer in the unit, a perk worth about $30 a month (if you had to use coin-ops)for our 2.
The unit has it's own entrance, a nice security feature, I remember my apartmewnt days and being leery of entering the common hallways late at night. For the most the kids say the unit is quiet, small dogs are allowed and during open window season they can be heard.
The pool is beautiful, there is a clubhouse for large gatherings, but no 'health club' or gym. For the most part this has been a satisfactory rental experience.
