my mother has lived here for a couple of years and I have stayed off and on,in the last 2 yrs she has had a huge mice problem! My mother is a neat freak so its definetly not her. They are coming in above the kitchen cabinets and leaving thier mark evrywhere I saw one in the living room and my mother and sister found droppings in their bedroom closets along with the kitchen. Traps are not helping they are out of control, plus squirrels are a problem also they stay on the balcony tearing up and leaving droppings. apartment is small there is only one bathroom and 2 bedrooms,kitchen is very small washer and dryer take up whole kitchen you end up using them for counter space, in the kitchen all you can do is walk in and walk out, not great for hosting guest. Pool is nice and area is usually low on noise, balcony is pretty long but rent is too much for what you get, you mine as well rent or buy a house, my mother is moving in March!
