Very nice area, nice facilities, ample parking, spacious apartments.

But...

The rent is very high for the area. For $40-$50 more a month you can get a much large townhouse rather than a one floor apartment.

The insulation stinks! Heating costs were over three times as much as air conditioning costs! Since I was on the first floor, I imagine the apartment above me had the opposite situation. Also, this may have just been my location, but it was very dark. The bedrooms were well lit by sunlight, but in the living room lamps were a must, even on the sunniest days.
