I moved here based on recommendations from 2 people whose opinions I respect. I have lived here for over a year and have had nothing but good experiences. The grounds are nice - always well kept and they're very on top of snow removal when needed. The apartment is roomy and very quiet. The management staff is quick to answer any questions, very helpful, and courteous. I can't speak highly enough of the maintenance crew - they can fix anything, do it right, and are very fast! There's always plenty of parking. The appliances are efficient and run well. There's a pool that's kept in great shape and a fantastic park nearby. There are special monthly events for the apartment community. It might seem a little more expensive than those nearby, but when you add up all that you get -it's worth every penny!

Mine is electric heat, but the bills aren't too bad (from $50 - $120 electric). I live on the second level. I also work hard to turn down the thermostat/AC when it's not needed. Guess it depends on the individuals living there.
