During my stay there the services were ok, balconies were replaced but while inside work was be done nothing was hung up to prevent the dust from getting all over my personal belongings. When I moved out I was told what to look at and make sure it was cleaned, all items were cleaned throughly but yet I was still charge b/c they state they had to clean them still. Make sure when you go to move out you hire a personal cleaning person b/c under their standards they do not have to clean the apt before a new tennant moves in. They will charge you for every little thing.

i agree the same people owns belair townhomes and it is worse there. they are only in it for the money.

well the owners did not bye the places to GIVE anyone a place to live for free. I have had no problems with the new people sinc they took over. If you moved in befor they took over well you may have gotten a dirty place, they have only had the place a little over a year. I would make sure my things are covered up and they give plenty of notice for you to take all prcations. What if something got broke?!Sorry I take care as to do what I need to do and not expect any one else to do it for me. Happy at Belair Town Home

Though new owners have purchased the property.I find it uncanny that maintenance requests are ignored, the office staff are very uncaring of tenant needs & apt turnover standards are very wishy washy. Follow ups are non exsistent but they will charge you for what they consider beyond normal wear & tear. Advice take pics @ move in inspection
