Little comfort for ALOT of price..............

I am still residing here, for one REASON....waiting to buy a house. Reason(s) why I am dissatified is that I have seen management roll over at least 4 times. Snow removal is a joke here, and all the good long-time tennants are now leaving (I plan on it when the lease expires). I have known tenants to be harassed, people accused of not paying thier rent, when they have solid proof that it was. Management more worried about who is driving what vehicle, INSTEAD of removing snow. I have been in apartments that are in much needed repair. Also, rent payments have to be mailed in to New Jersey, when they USED to be dropped off at the office. Security sits in the office at night. There are ALOT of empty apartments here! Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm'
