Very nice condo

Although city taxes are insanely high, Shippen Place is made a bit more affordable as the condo fees are still very reasonable. With some commercial businesses in the buildings, parking is at a premium during some daytime hours. Overall, the place is well kept and the units are very unique. Much better value than Clock Towers and nicer!
