	Although city taxes are insanely high, Shippen Place is made a bit more affordable as the condo fees are still very reasonable. With some commercial businesses in the buildings, parking is at a premium during some daytime hours. Overall, the ... more

	Great place to live. Because of the proximity to Musser Park and the great restaurants close by, I´ve really enjoyed my time here. The offstreet parking is a plus, as is the quick access to highways and shopping
