Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
I lived there several years ago and it was NOT that great. The neighbors played an electric guitar '''' Of all things. The floors were in bad shape and they popped and cracked when you walked on them. We even heard the neighbors behind us slamming the toilet seat. I realize there is noise when you live so close but this was just too much. With the walls and floors being so thin, and the disrespect of the neighbors, I would never move back here!!!
