When I moved into Quail Run, the rent was surprisingly low. Now, almost three years later, they're jacking the rent up on us AGAIN. You can rent a house and pay less then you would be paying to live in Quail Run. Rent started at around 615 dollars. Now, if we sign another year lease it's going to be 715. We want to sign a month to month lease, however that monthly amount is a wopping 915 a month. Why is Quail run so expensive to live in' We haven't been able to save up money because rent keeps going up, so we're unable to leave and find a less expensive place. On another note, they fail to repair things in a timely matter. Especially important things, like decks falling apart while you're two stories up. When I first moved into my apartment, Quail Run said they were repairing all decks because they were unsafe and falling apart. Why is it three years later, we're not able to go out and enjoy the deck we're paying for'' Instead, they'll paint the windows a different color. Also, our apartment doesn't have a dishwasher or a microwave, yet some of the other apartments come equipped with these items. Bottom line- Quail Run appears to be a nice, affordable place to live. When in reality, it's the most expensive and neglectful-dive-complex i've ever been tricked into moving into.

I agree with everything that was just stated here, I have been living here about 4 years, just found out they are racking up the rent to $900 who can afford that. The place is not worth that much at all!!
