It is say to say that I have worked there by contract with my company and i have to say that their business practices match their up-keep of their facilities. Unfortunately people can not sell their condos their even for $100,000.00 even though when I was there in 2007, the properties were valued at 130,000.00 so don t put money into it if you can avoid it....if you go and have a detailed look at the exterior conditions of the structure, you will aggree there is major infestation of termite and decay as that much of it has not been replaced since it was built in the mid 60's.
