In the past year that I have lived in Quail Run Apartments, I must say that I strongly disagree with previous postings.I have had very few problems.

The only two ongoing issues with my apartment is the plumbing in the bathtub and the electric bill. The stream from the shower is VERY strong and the drain in the tub does drain properly so at times one may wade in their own run-off, but it is an acquired skill to battle that... The bathroom is the extent of any problems. The only utility paid at Quail Run is electricity, which with only 2 people in my household who are barely there has been TOO high. I have expressed concerns about the cost of electricity to the management, but received no satisfactory answer. I have came the conclusion that the electric must be split among tenants in the building which I find disconcerting. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED

I regretfully will soon be moving out and I wish I weren't because the atmosphere and the safety in the complex one experiences will be hard to mimic---it has been a great place for me to live.

The previous reviewer should be happy to know that earlier this summer Quail Run was bought out and has new management who have since been making a number of landscaping an other visual changes to the property.

I live in a two bedroom apartment, 2nd floor which is a nice size and AMAZING closet/storage space.
