	Moving from a large house, I expected to hate apt living again. But I like Roseville House. There is a lot of closet space. Security & maintenance is great!!

	Great and prompt maintenance. Older apartment buildings. Occasionally, noise can be heard through walls. Rent increases every year. The community is nice. It´s the best apartment complex that I´ve ever lived in. Manheim Township School District.

	Very nice place to live and easy access to Lancaster area. However, it is very expensive, but many amenities are included in price.
