Rosewood Terrace, luxury community huh' Not at all. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice inside. All the latest appliances, great layouts BUT there is something wrong with the electric wiring, bulbs always burn out. They last about 2-3 weeks, you are constantly changing them. Even the lights that are on top of a loft, 15-20 feet high, you are responsible for. The water, gross. If you clean your toilet, 2 days later there is a film that is orangish yellow around it. The water smells to. When you wash your clothes, they smell like mildew and you have to wash them again but with more detergent.

Neighbors, nosy.
Maintenance, very poor. Granted, we did not have a lot of snow this year BUT when we did and it was icy, no salting till 12 hours later. Horrible.

Paint peels easily in the bathrooms, faucets drip. Furnaces rattle.

Some neighbors rev their cars excessively like it is the ghetto and sit there and beep their horns until 10 minutes later their friends comes out of the house and this could be at 2 in the morning.

Management...immature. I am an older woman and have wanted to use the pool in the summer. There is the "professional" blonde manager, sitting out by the pool, on the cell phone constantly BUT this is the same phone used for Rosewood and you are lucky if you can get an answer or if you do you will be lucky to get attended to.

Garbage everywhere in the lawns.

Expensive units. Upwards of $12-1300.00 , for what, no management company, no maintenance, loud neighbors, no professionalism.

Also, hearing from other tenants, they charge what they want. One person might have to pay one month security, another could pay two months.

RENTERS BEWARE!!

This really surprises me having lived at Rosewood for 2 years I never had any of the problems that you are complaining about. I never heard from other tenants about problems with the "professional blonde" manager, maintenance, nosy neighbors. It sounds to me like you are one angry perhaps evicted tenant?
