I am confused as to whether this site was originally meant to be used to rate an APARTMENT or to slander an individual'''' I believe this site was created to help people find a good apartment complex. But, it seems that the people who write on Rosewood Terrace's site use it as a place to talk about how they dislike a certain individual. Rosewood is a nice community. It does have the feel of a luxury community. This is what people looking to rent need to know. As far as the people (and I use this word loosely) go who like to talk about the property manager and what kind of car she drives why is this relevant'''' Oh, that's right, it's not!!!!! As far as her being on the phone, when I was moving here, I was back and forth on the phone with her at least 10 different times (as I am sure you were when you were moving here). Isn't that her job, to answer the phone and to answer the questions a tenant (whether future or current) has''''' Why is it anybody's business if she happens to be on the phone' Is what she drives or whether or not she is on the phone affecting your stay here at Rosewood' I think NOT!! Why does it come down to a personal attack against somebody' Are or were your needs met when you lived/live at Rosewood' I think that is the question that people who are going to rent here need the answer to, not what kind of car the landlord drives. Whether or not the landlord sits at the pool has no bearing on Rosewood Terrace as a community. Wise up people!!!!!!!!! The questions are not about one individual they are about the community.

And I am sure we all wonder if the person writing this wonderful review below isn't the landlord herself. It is a wonder why people get evicted from Rosewood Terrace. Why pay a rental community who doesn't do squat but collect money from their tenants. The property manager and this is being honest, needs to get herself a life. She mopes around on her cell phone, her fancy ----- car and is so so nice and dear when looking for an apartment and then the fun starts once your in. The terrible riff raff that they let in, unexcuseable. Do you even check backgrounds and history. At 11:00 p.m. till whenever people are outside blasting music , yelling, screaming. There are Rottweilers crawiling everywhere (yet there is a breed restriction, hmmm) Comments on the appliances? Okay the complex is like 3 years old, yes it is newer, doesn't mean that the management isn't ----. It has nice new appliances, so what, you have never seen new appliances before? It has so so carpeting. Nice floor in kitchen, bathroom, standard nice stuff, no gold plated crap, geez. The pool, its a pool , not that big, nothing fab.... To the lady or man or whatever you are that thinks when people write not so good ratings that it is from people that get evicted or etc. You are very wrong. Just as much as landlords take people to court for things that they DID do wrong there is such a thing as people taking Landlords to court as well which means Landlords can be at fault to. It is split right down the middle. They should tell the doctor that owns the development to quit hoarding all of his money, cut the rent down, get a new manager that cares and isn't a damn snob and treat the tenants fairly!!

(laughing) shut up, you made my head hurt...How many times did you say the word "car" in your review. This is a place to say what you thought or think of a place that you were renting so people don't become another dumba@@ renter at your place. A lot of peoples needs were not met at Rosewood and if yours were, it was because you were good with the person they call a "manager" there. No one dislikes the manager, they just don't think that they are qualified to be one. Just because the lawn is mowed and the place isn't caving in doesn't mean the "needs" are met. People want to hear truth when they are paying over $800.00/month of something that they do not own. If you are going to sit there and say that we should all say that every apartment we live in is nice and pretty and the management is great, well then you need a reality check. This is the USA honey, freedom of speech and freedom to know the truth about where your hard earned money is going and I guess you wouldn't know that because "you" and we all know who you are, don't earn your money....

It had to be written by management. I have seen this same review written in several apartment review--only changing the name of the apartments..and we all know that many of the property managers manage more than one property. It is getting to the point that you cannot tell if some of the reviews were written by managers or people living there...but I am beginning to tell.
