This apartment community is not worth the money. Although the unit we lived in was nice and parking was adequate, the paint was beginning to crack and appliances were breaking. It took forever for maintenance to fix things (example: our toilet upstairs broke and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I was also 8 months pregnant at the time and it was almost painful to run downstairs every time I had to go.) Neighbors can be very loud at times. There were several occasions were I had to yell at people outside to shut up because I have a toddler who wanted to go to sleep. Playground sucks, not a lot there for the children to play with and things are constantly being broken and not fixed till much later. Pool is alright, not impressive. Same goes for the fitness room. Although this community is not the worst, it is certainly NOT worth paying $1200 a month in rent for a 3 bedroom
