Since 2002: It's really bad, maintenance comes... eventually; unfortunately they don't have the training to fix the problem, and my repairs have always necessitated another follow-up call. My follow-up calls took even longer, and then, I was delivered obviously defective replacement appliances. The walls are paper-thin: neighbors' alarm-clocks, ringing phones, footsteps, and even conversations are clearly audible. My building has mice and roaches, but only my cat helps combat that problem. Off-site management does not seem to care as long as they are getting their income. Quality keeps deteriorating but rent keeps increasing. Lots of storage, though!
