were should I begin, this place is a joke. it use to be a wonderful and beatiful place to live. but ever since woodward's took over it has become the slum's. the staff here does nothing and does not care about anything. they let the kids run aroung in and out of the buildings, they are never in the office. most the time they are in their apartment having sex or fighting. try to get something fixed that is a big joke. sinks over flow and they do not clean up the mess, when ever the handy man is tring to fix something he never gets it right. we were told that these were the best people they have working for them. If you ever need anything you have to make a long dist. phone call to phila to get something done. it is a real shame this place use to be one of the best in lancaster but in the last two years since these new people took over it is a real slum. this could be the last place on earth and I would not move back.
